If you have just 1 YETI or tumbler to engrave, unfortunately we are not set up to handle individual customization. We are a production shop. We do on occasion help out with small orders, but only for items we are providing. We manage these requests on a case by case basis. Small orders not eligible for our business engraving pricing. Every custom order takes times to set up for engraving, thus why we need a  minimum volume of cup to ensure our labor covered.

We offer a 5% discount on YETI orders over 50. We do not get discount on YETIs, we not are not a dealer. Unfortunately YETI no longer sells their products to customization shops as they have chosen to customize their products inhouse - it takes over 3 weeks and they are notorious for canceling them last minute.
